We collect your name, email address, phone number, booking dates, and guest count when you inquire about or book a stay. We also collect messages you send us through our contact form, waitlist form, or the on-site concierge chat, along with the approximate location derived from your IP address when you use the concierge. Finally, we collect device and browser data through our analytics tools.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, process and manage reservations, send booking confirmations and stay information, improve the site, and — only if you opt in — send you text messages.
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure advertising. You can limit these through your browser settings or through industry ad-preference tools.
We rely on a small number of providers to run the business: Hospitable (reservation management), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (data hosting), and Anthropic (powers the concierge assistant). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
