Breaking any of the below rules will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation and forced removal from the property with no refund

 

- The house guest limit applies to everyone spending the night and all daytime visitors. Having more people than the limit at any time would be breaking this rule. Infants count as well.

 

- Pets are not allowed and bringing one will result in a cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property.

 

- "Quiet Hours" from 10PM-8AM. Outdoor facilities (Backyard, patio, etc.) are off limits during quiet time.

 

 

Once the booking is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed Vacation Book with all the information and recommendations.

How close are your properties to Disneyland and other attractions?
Our homes are conveniently located within a short drive to Disneyland, typically ranging from 2 to 14 minutes. We recommend choosing the theme that excites you the most, as the drive time will be minimal compared to the lasting memories you'll create during your stay.

Are pets allowed at your properties?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. As much as we love dogs ourselves, we want to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, including those with pet allergies, by guaranteeing a pet-free environment.

Do you offer grocery stocking service?
Yes, we do! To ensure your vacation is as seamless as possible, we offer a grocery stocking service so you can arrive to a fully pre-stocked fridge and start enjoying your stay right away.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If our schedule allows (no back-to-back bookings), we're happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs to make your stay more convenient.

Are your properties child-friendly?
Absolutely! Our properties are designed with families in mind, ensuring that everything is child-friendly and durable, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worry.

What is your cancellation policy?
To account for credit card processing fees, we offer a 95% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before your stay, and a 45% refund up to 14 days prior. The 5% fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs.

Are there any special offers or discounts available for direct bookings?
While we don't offer additional discounts beyond our competitive direct rates, we can match rates found on other platforms. We also provide special discounts for returning guests as a token of our appreciation.

Are parties or gatherings allowed at the property? Even if it's just during the day?
To keep things cozy and relaxing for everyone, we don’t allow parties or gatherings at our properties. We do have guest limits in place to ensure everyone enjoys their stay, and this applies to both overnight guests and daytime visitors. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests (and neighbors). If you’re unsure about the guest count or have any special requests, we’re always happy to chat and help make your stay as smooth as possible!
